Agile Alert And Your Privacy
Agile Alert is designed to keep your energy settings and history under your control. Hexela does not run an Agile Alert account service, collect your app data, or track your activity across apps or websites.

What Agile Alert Stores
Agile Alert stores your selected region, tariff preferences, alert settings, solar and battery settings, and chosen home location on your device so the app can show relevant prices and forecasts.
If you choose to connect an Octopus account, the app stores your Octopus account number and API key on your device so it can request tariff and usage information from Octopus Energy. Agile Alert may also cache electricity prices, gas and electricity usage history, and dashboard snapshots locally for faster startup and offline fallback.
Some settings and cached history may sync through your own iCloud account when iCloud is available. This is handled by Apple's iCloud services, not by a Hexela server.
Services Agile Alert Talks To
Agile Alert contacts the Octopus Energy API to load public tariff prices and, if you provide account details, your account tariffs and usage history. Your Octopus account number and API key are sent to Octopus Energy for those authenticated requests.
The app can use Apple services such as MapKit for location search, WeatherKit for weather-backed solar estimates, iCloud for sync, and Apple notification services for local alerts. These services are used only to provide the app features you enable.
